About the Speaker: Jerry Kopan, B.Sc., CMC

Jerry Kopan has over 30 years of Information Technology and Service Management experience and is dedicated to the improvement and growth of IT professionals and organizations. He has been responsible for ITSM business development, managing development of education curriculums in ITIL, ISO 20000, 27002 and PRINCE2 over eLearning. He has managed ITSM Project Management Office and Consulting Services, delivering consulting contracts on Management Consulting, Business Alignment, Performance, Service Management and more.

He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), ITIL Expert and Practitioner of Service Management. He is an Accredited Trainer and has certified thousands of students around the world in various industries. His training approach is based on transformational change and knowledge transfer.  As the lead architect of Rapid ITSM he has enabled corporations to achieve immediate results from ITIL/ITSM programs.  Jerry is an experienced facilitator with strong business sense that produces quality results for customers. He has a broad range of business experience. His experience in leading organizational transformation at the IT and business level has enabled him to assist several fortune 100 companies to achieve their goals.
