2015 Employee Engagement

On June 9^th, in T 102a from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m., Cathy Frederick, VP Human Resources and Claude Brulé, Senior VP Academic will be hosting the Credential Requirements open forum. This event is open to all employees and will be geared to generate conversation around credential requirements, limitations, possible alternatives and any other topics as they come up.

The content of the forum and actions resulting from the open forum will be communicated to the College community in early July.

Cathy Frederick, VP Human Resources will Chair a task force committed to exploring opportunities for performance development, mentorship and discussion into the hiring process for part-time employees.

The task force will be comprised of seven to 10 employees from across the College, with the majority of the task force being comprised of part-time employees. The task force will start the planning process in late June and will develop terms of reference for the committee moving forward with the work continuing into the fall.

Cathy Frederick, VP Human Resources will Chair a task force committed to exploring opportunities and existing options for employee mobility within the College.

The task force will be comprised of 7-10 employees from across the College and will start the exploration and planning process before the end of June. With some research being completed over the summer months; the task force will resume its work in September with an overall report expected in December 2016.
