eCo-op Student Responsibilities
Getting Started
Begin by introducing yourself through the Student eCo-op Application form. This helps us understand where you are in your business development journey. Once we receive your application, each submission will be reviewed for a limited number of available spots in the program. If selected, you’ll meet with a member of the Co-op team to discuss next steps.

What Happens Next?
Once your application is submitted and reviewed, you’ll be notified in HireAC if your application was successful. One of the first tasks is to find a mentor who will support your business development throughout the eCo-op term.
Regular and Informal Meetings
Throughout your four-month eCo-op term, you’re expected to meet with your mentor weekly. You will also be expected to attend in-person sessions twice per week.
There will also be many informal opportunities offered throughout the term that can benefit entrepreneurs at any stage of business development.
Learning Objectives
At the start of your eCo-op, you’ll work with your mentor to develop learning objectives for the term. These goals should reflect your personal and professional growth and be achievable within four months. Your mentor will help you refine and focus these objectives to make the most of your experience.
Final Work Term Report
Details about the Final Work Term Report are available on Brightspace. The report includes three components, so be sure to review the requirements and submit everything by the deadline.
