Project Risk Management
Course: MGT6040
Throughout all stages of a project risks must be identified, assessed, and mitigated to the highest extent possible and adverse impact on project outcomes reduced. Participants identify and analyze risk, develop risk response plans and risk registers. Participants learn a range of risk management strategies and activities based on industry best practices, tools and techniques. Case studies, assignments and group discussions contribute to a comprehensive learning experience.
