We encourage all landlords interested in renting to an Algonquin College student to familiarize themselves with the Residential Tenancies Act, City of Ottawa’s Property Standards By-Law, and Rental Housing Property Management By-Law.
Algonquin College will not provide personal information regarding students and/or student status to landlords. Please use this form to learn more about what documentation you can request from a student directly regarding their student status.
