As the International Inside Sales and Support officer, Tong responds to inquiries through the college website, email, social media, and in person. Tong provides information to agents, students, and family members about Algonquin College programs and application steps and requirements for international students. As a liaison between prospective learners and the admissions team, she ensure efficiency in the application process.

International Recruitment Manager, Southeast Asia
Joy-Thanh Nguyen is the International Recruitment Manager for Southeast Asia (excluding the Philippines). She provides support to students and education partners in Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

As the Senior Regional Manager for Southeast Asia (excluding the Philippines), Hai-Anh Vu is in charge of helping to increase Algonquin’s presence and participation in the region, particularly in Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. Her responsibilities include research and market analysis, design and implementation of region-specific marketing and recruitment strategies, development of sustainable & global enrolment strategies, as well as partnerships for joint programming and student mobility in targeted markets.
