Fall 2024 Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) request form

You are accepted to Algonquin College for Fall 2024 (September 2024) and have not yet applied for your Study Permit? You require a new document called Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). We will request a PAL for from the Province of Ontario and upload it to your application portal (of your agent's if you have one) within 1 - 2 weeks.

You do not need a PAL if you:
• Have a valid Study Permit
• Are in Canada and meet one of the situations where a PAL is not required or
• Have applied for your Study Permit on or before January 22, 2024
