This module explores the principles and practices of Indigenous-informed assessment, emphasizing the integration of Indigenous knowledge, perspectives, and cultural values into educational assessments. Students will learn to apply the Four Rs (Respect, Relevance, Reciprocity, and Responsibility), engage in land-based learning, utilize oral traditions, and foster relational learning. By the end of this module, students will be equipped to create assessments that honor Indigenous ways of knowing and contribute to community development.
