Online Courses
Algonquin College offers +700 online courses that can be taken individually or as part of a part-time certificate or diploma program. These courses are ideal for Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, and military families who want to upgrade skills, complete program requirements, or explore new subjects while studying remotely.
Most courses are delivered fully online and asynchronously, meaning there are no scheduled live classes. Students complete readings, activities, and assignments independently while meeting course deadlines.
Flexible Registration
Unlike full-time programs, most online courses do not require an application. Students can register directly through the course description page or by calling the Registrar’s Office at 613-727-0002, or toll-free at 1-800-565-GRAD (4723).
Before registering, please review any prerequisites or corequisites, as students are expected to have the required knowledge or to register in related courses during the same term.
