• Algonquin College – Ottawa Campus – Room E112, 1st Floor, Building E
*Periodic visits are made to the Perth and Pembroke campuses, and arrangements for confidential meetings at other locations will be made when warranted.

Office Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Excludes statutory holidays.
• Walk-ins are welcome. However, an Ombudsman may not be able to see or speak with you if they are in a meeting. We encourage you to schedule an appointment by email.

Confidentiality Statement:

Information obtained by the Office of the Ombudsman is held in the strictest confidence. It should also be noted that email is not a secure medium for sharing confidential information.
