Car sharing is a car rental service designed to be convenient for people who need to rent cars for short periods of time. As part of our commitment to sustainability at Algonquin College, car

sharing is available at the ACCE Building on the Ottawa Campus through Communauto.

Using Communauto is simple. Pick up the car at the station you selected and return it to the station where you picked it up at the agreed time. Round-trip vehicles can even be booked up to a month in advance!

Communauto takes care of gas, insurance, maintenance, monthly parking and even snow tires. Enjoy 24/7 access to the Communauto on the Algonquin – Ottawa campus or any of Communauto’s stations in Ottawa/Gatineau and Kingston.
