Motorcycle Courses

Motorcycle and Spyder training courses are offered at the Algonquin College Ottawa campus from April – October each year, by the Road Safety Association of Ontario. More information on the programs offered, dates and registration can be found online at rsao.ca

MotorcycleCourse.com offers the Canada Safety Council’s Gearing Up national motorcycle training program. Courses are available spring, summer and fall and space is limited.

Introduction to Motorcycling

This is a three-hour course for those who have never been on a motorcycle and are wondering if it is right for you.

Ottawa Introduction

M2 (M1 to M2)

You must have a valid M1 license and come prepared to ride. Motorcycles are provided for this course.

Ottawa M2

M2 Exit (M2 to M)

This MTO approved course is designed for experienced riders wishing to test for their permanent “M” license. You will ride your own motorcycle for this course.

Spyder Training
