Disney on Ice

The celebration of the century comes alive in Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic. This monumental ice skating spectacular is coming to Ottawa’s Canadian Tire Centre and your Students’ Association has organized a bus trip for our students who are young at heart – kids are welcome too!Disney on Ice banner with illustrated characters from over the last 100 years

  • Saturday, February 27, 2016
  • $25/per, includes the bus (tickets are a $40 value each – what a deal!!)
  • Bus leaves at 8:30 a.m. (washroom break at Tim’s in Renfrew)
  • Show starts at 11 a.m.
  • Bus leaves the Canadian Tire Centre 30 minutes after show ends (washroom break at Tim’s in Arnprior)
  • Space is limited; max 4 tickets/person

Anxiety Management Group Meeting

Are you feeling anxious and overwhelmed? Are you looking for strategies that will help you cope with anxiety?

Anxiety Management Group

Join our confidential anxiety and stress management support group!

  • Every Monday from 4 p.m.- 5:15 p.m. on campus – location to be announced
  • February 8-April 25
  • Open to all students.

Sessions will consist of:

  • lectures
  • videos
  • relaxation exercises
  • meditation etc.

Meet other students in a supportive and low stress environment. The group (10-12 students) will be run by Certified Counsellor, Jasmine Cady. Students will need to commit to attending weekly sessions for 3 months.
