Homeschooled Applicants
College Eligibility
To meet college eligibility, an applicant must:
- Have an OSSD, ACE, GED or equivalent or be at least 19 years of age.
If the home schooled applicant does not have an OSSD, ACE, GED, or are not 19 years of age, they must complete the following for evaluation:
- Demonstrate they have the equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Submit a letter from their parent confirming high school graduation.
- Submit a full record including: transcript, course outlines, and information on the curriculum and information on the institution.
Program Eligibility
To meet program eligibility, applicants must:
- Have completed the required OSSD courses through ILC, a virtual school or a recognized learning platform OR completed an English or Math assessment.
- If the program requires a science course, applicants must submit their transcript, course outlines, information on the curriculum and information on the institution for evaluation.
- All students must meet these requirements for program eligibility, no exceptions.
Note: Applications from individuals who do not possess a Canadian secondary school diploma will be considered. Providing supporting test scores and other documentation does not guarantee admission.
