Q: Do I have to pay my tuition before I go to class?

All new domestic full-time students who have not applied for OSAP must pay a $500.00 non-refundable Tuition Deposit in their initial term of an academic year. This non-refundable $500.00 deposit payment secures the student’s seat in their program for the year and is put towards the balance of fees owing for that term. Algonquin College students who have applied for OSAP are eligible for a deferral of their $500.00 non-refundable tuition deposit through their ACSIS account. Please view the Payment Due Dates site for more detailed due date information.

Upon payment or deferral of the $500.00 non-refundable Tuition Deposit, the remaining fees are deferred automatically and the student is provided with an email indicating their Balance Due Date. The Balance Due Date will be three weeks after the start of their term. If a student is late paying that remaining balance, they will be assessed a $150.00 late payment penalty.

Q: What if I can’t pay my tuition deposit?

A: Students unable to pay the full $500 tuition deposit may be eligible for an exception. Please visit algonquincollege.com/ro/tde for further details.

Q: When is the Fall term starting?

A: September 3 is the Fall term start date for post-secondary programs at the Pembroke Campus.

Q: How do I log on to my Algonquin College Student Information System (ACSIS) account?

A: To log on to your ACSIS account, visit acsis.algonquincollege.com/students. Log in using your student number (found on your admissions emails). If this is your FIRST LOGIN, enter your Student Number and your date of birth from the drop-down menu.
