Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and maintain filing systems (digital and physical), ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as directed
- Order and track office supplies; monitor inventory levels and submit purchase requests as needed
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Assist team as required
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain staff records
Reception & Client Services
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common office spaces
