This online course equips potential healthcare professionals with communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Participants will develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, apply stress management strategies, and understand the roles within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Emphasis is placed on enhancing professional interactions, fostering resilience, and making informed decisions in healthcare environments. By the end of the online course, you will have a clear understanding of a health care workplace and whether it aligns with your career goals.
