Job Description

Modern dairy farm looking for summer student or full-time employee.

We milk 150 Holstein cows in a recent milking parlour; recent free stall too.
We have approx. 900 acres of cropland.

The work to be done will be in the fields and in the stable too. There will be a wide variety of tasks depending on skills and seasons.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to : milking cows, feeding, animal health, calf care, cleaning, fieldwork, maintenance and repair…

The ideal candidate:

– observant

The farm is located in Sarsfield, Ontario (Ottawa region, Eastern Ontario).
Bilingual region, French-speaking farm.
