Job Description

Just Jon Handyman Services is a young company with a dedicated team delivering excellence to our customers. Work includes everything from 4 hour jobs to multiple month renovations.

Looking for a driven individual with a keen eye for detail, positive attitude, flexible and open minded. Experience is necessary.

Sales-project estimator roles and responsibilities:

  • communication with owner
  • communication with clients about all aspects of their project
  • site visits for potential clients
  • scheduling knowledge
  • documenting clients wants/needs
  • measuring site requirements
  • writing up estimates and filing into system
  • creating detailed materials list /other jobsite requirements
  • Creating detailed job scope of work detailing for techs
  • revisions for estimates
  • tracking hours on jobs to ensure no overages
  • Follow up with clients regarding estimates
