Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and self‑motivated Front of House Manager who will take ownership of the restaurant’s daily operations. This is not just a supervisory role — we’re looking for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with staff and guests, leads by example, and ensures the front of house runs smoothly and professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the front of house team through scheduling, training, and daily supervision
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
  • Build strong connections with guests, ensuring every customer feels valued and welcomed
  • Coordinate reservations and private events with attention to detail
  • Contribute creative ideas for marketing, promotions, and guest engagement
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly and consistently
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards across the restaurant
  • Oversee POS system operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
  • Monitor inventory and maintain par levels for front of house supplies
  • Provide clear weekly and monthly reporting to the owner
  • Develop employee incentive programs to boost morale and performance
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate closely with the Back of House to deliver a seamless dining experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Proven reliability and ability to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship‑building
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multi‑tasking
  • Professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
  • Experience with POS systems preferred
  • Smart Serve certification required
