Job Description
North 44 Land Design is a well-established landscape design-build company based in Perth. We create high-quality, thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces and take pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and attention to detail.
We are currently seeking hardworking, reliable Landscape Technicians to join our team for the upcoming season. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want to be part of a skilled and collaborative crew that builds beautiful landscapes from the ground up, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
• Assist with hardscaping installations (natural stone, interlock pavers, retaining walls, flagstone)
• Soft scaping including tree planting and garden installations
• Installation of water features and landscape lighting
• Accent carpentry such as privacy screens
• General site preparation and clean-up
• Working closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
Qualifications:
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Capable of working in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Ability to get to Perth or the project site every day
• Experience in landscape construction is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
