Working Towards Reconciliation: Lessons for Early Years Providers

Join us for an evening with Rebecca Sargent and Donna Dubie for a learning module to support Early Years Educators:

• Learn how to provide more comprehensive care that promotes the inclusion and dignity of First Peoples.
• Context,, history and issues First People families are facing.
• Language and terminology to use.
• Ways to change our current system and how we can provide more comprehensive care that promotes the inclusion and dignity of First Peoples.

This is a FREE Workshop . We welcome:

• Perth Campus ECE students
• RECE’s in Lanark County
• Kindergarten teaching teams
• Ontario Early Years Centre in Lanark County, as well as playgroup facilitators.

We encourage at least one educator from each learning environment to attend. Workshops all go towards your CPL for the College of ECE.
