Diana McGlinchey, MSc, Contributes to the SAGE Encyclopedia of Crime and Gender

Scholarly collaboration can create opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom. For Diana McGlinchey, MSc, that commitment to knowledge sharing and student mentorship has been recognized through multiple contributions to the SAGE Encyclopedia of Crime and Gender.

Diana authored and co-authored four encyclopedia entries exploring topics including vicarious victimization, domestic violence, intimate partner violence and the consequences experienced by families of offenders. Several of these entries were completed alongside former students, reflecting the meaningful impact of faculty-student collaboration in expanding understanding of victimology.

In recognition of her contributions, Diana received a complimentary print copy of the encyclopedia, marking a significant achievement and a lasting contribution to the field of victimology.
