Establishing and maintaining a rapport with our learners is essential for creating an engaging learning atmosphere. Here is a list of ideas to create and promote a positive learning environment in a face-to-face, hybrid or online course.

Program Orientation

The orientation model implemented at Algonquin consists of two components: AC Start (before classes start so students can “get ready”) and AC Day 1 (first day of each semester-when students “go”).
