Semester change_with dates

Students will be expected to attend classes for three semesters in sequence for levels 1, 2 and 3. At the beginning of second year they will have a semester of co-op. In the winter of second year they will go back to classes for level 4 and then in the spring go out on another semester of co-op. Returning in the fall of third year, students will have two semesters of classes, like in the current schedule.
