Lunchtime Yoga

Join us every Monday for Lunchtime Yoga to take care of your mental and physical health throughout this Fall term. These sessions are open to students and employees and no experience is necessary. Feel free to join virtually if you are unable to participate in person at the Spiritual Centre (E211). We look forward to seeing you. Namaste!

Please note, there will be no yoga sessions on October 9 (Thanksgiving) and October 23 (Midterm Break).

Open to all Algonquin College students and employees. Advanced registration is required.
