National Indigenous Peoples Day

Join the Indigenous Initiatives Office for National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 21, from 10am – 12pm in the Nawapon.
Stop by for a drumming circle with drummer Randy Kakegamick, a beading workshop, traditional Indigenous games, and a book reading by Anita Tenasco for the children from the Algonquin College Early Learning Centre! Proud Algonquin College Alumni and member of the Kitigan Zibi community, Anna Coté will be serving traditional Indigenous foods in partnership with Food Services.
All AC staff and learners are invited to attend. Registration is encouraged, but not required.
