Career Counselling

If you’re grappling with deeper questions about your career path—such as how your personal values, interests, identity, or external factors like family expectations, cultural influences, and financial responsibilities fit into your choices and broader life—or if you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or uncertain about the future, a career counsellor can help. Career counsellors are trained to support both your mental health and career development, helping you explore underlying challenges, navigate personal and external pressures, work through blocks, and make informed, fulfilling career decisions that align with your unique circumstances.

Career Assessments

Career Counsellors may use a range of career assessments to support your career exploration and decision-making.

While you may be curious about a specific assessment, recommendations are based on professional judgment and best practices to ensure the most helpful and meaningful experience for you.
