Community Project: Youville Centre (Sold Out!)

The Youville Centre is a non-profit, registered charity located in Ottawa that serves adolescent mothers and their children. For more than a quarter-century, Youville’s trauma-informed, holistic programs and services include a fully accredited secondary school, crisis intervention, intensive mental health therapy and treatment, addiction counselling, collaborative problem solving, a licensed child development program with a focus on infant mental health and attachment-based parenting programs with intervention and treatment. At this Community Project, students will be preparing Valentine’s Day themed gift baskets for the mothers who are enrolled in the Youville Centre’s high school program. All supplies will be provided to make a caring gift basket and card for the mothers.

Ticket Information:
Register at the AC Hub Front desk (2nd Floor, Student Commons) or the AC Hub Satellite desk (ACCE Building) with a $20 cash deposit (reimbursed at the event to ensure attendance). Tickets are limited (first-come, first-served). One per student.
- Cancellations: To receive a refund, please cancel your ticket in person at the AC Hub desk 48 hours before the event.
- Latecomers: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be able to collect your deposit and your spot will be given to the next student.
Students are asked to sign in at the AC Hub front desk when they arrive. Space is limited.
