About Cryptocurrency
A cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency that is secured by cryptography, which makes it nearly impossible to counterfeit or double-spend. Many cryptocurrencies are decentralized networks based on blockchain technology—a distributed ledger enforced by a disparate network of computers.
About Ivan Mitar
Ivan Mitar is an Associate Investment Advisor with TD Private Wealth, who is primarily responsible for portfolio strategy, investment research, and trading. Ivan works closely with clients to create and implement investment strategies. As a Carleton University graduate, he has been working in the finance industry since 2009. In addition to his BA, Ivan also holds the Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Investment Manager designations.
