Dill pickles, yes please! They are one of Top Shelf Preserves most popular products and their community is always wondering how they are so deliciously made. Fall for flavour and join us as Sara Pishva, Owner and Operator of Ottawa’s Top Shelf Preserves, shares tips and tricks for dill pickling at home. She will discuss water bath canning and quick pickling – two methods to make dill pickles. This is a really great beginner recipe.
Open to all Algonquin College students, employees, and alumni. Advance registration is required. You will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
For an elevated experience, purchase the ingredients in advance. Note: you are not required to purchase the ingredients to participate.
