You are officially invited to be a part of the most fun fitness community in Ottawa! Join us in this FREE 30-minute virtual workout led by AC alumnus of the Fitness and Health Promotion program, the one and only Phil Green of bodiesbyphil.

What you can expect to get out of this session:

  • A full-body workout
  • A light atmosphere with (terrible) jokes provided by Phil
  • A serious workout in a not-so-serious environment

There is no equipment needed for this workout, but this workout will be using an elevated platform. It is recommended that you have access to a chair or a bench during the workout, use a yoga mat, and wear your favourite pair of running shoes.

Open to all Algonquin College students, employees, and alumni. Advance registration is required. You will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
