Health & Resiliency 101

We know you are working hard on your studies while trying to have a social life and care for your body all at the same time. So, Health Services wants to help you build the mental resiliency and physical fortitude required to succeed. On October 5, from 1:00pm-2:00pm, we will discuss practical skills, which you can implement throughout the rest of the semester.

Our student health promoters will also provide their own tips on how they make it through this tough portion of the year. Bring your friends, peers and people who you think could use some extra help. We will have something for everyone, and additional resources will be provided during and after the event.
