Nutrition Month Cooking Demo

The Mamidosewin Centre and Health Services are partnering with the Carleton University Centre for Indigenous Initiatives and FabLab Onaki for virtual cooking demonstrations. Join us to learn how to cook Indigenous-inspired meals!
The cooking demo will be presented by Registered Dietitian Tatiana Hunt. Discover food ties to Indigenous culture and listen to an Elder discuss food systems and land knowledge.
Open to students and employees at Algonquin College and Carleton University, and FabLab Onaki population.
The first 30 Algonquin College students to register for e-gift card tickets will be provided with a PC e-gift card to purchase ingredients in advance (must live in Canada). Registration for e-gift card tickets closes March 19 at 5pm or when the tickets are sold out.
Employees and all other students are welcome to sign up for General tickets (no gift cards).
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

About Tatiana
Tatiana Hunt is a passionate Registered Dietitian working at Loblaws College Square and Loblaws Merivale in Ottawa.
She is here to support you on your nutrition journey, making one small sustainable, realistic goal at a time. Let her take the stress out of food, leaving you to focus on feeling satisfied and nourished.
Tatiana practises a non-diet approach, helping clients shift their focus from weight to an overall healthy lifestyle.
