Steep and Sleep

This time of year is always busy for students, with assignments and finals approaching. In order to function your best you must maintain your physical and mental wellness, a key component of maintaining your overall health is sleep. Join us for Steep and Sleep on March 15, in the Residence Community Kitchen from 6:30pm-8:30pm for dinner, a cup of tea, and a discussion on sleep hygiene!

Learn some great tips on how to improve your sleep and the relationship between sleep and nutrition. All participants will receive a free sleep kit!
