**SOLD OUT** Sugar Bush Field Trip

Mar 28, 2024 |11am-4pm

Spend the day with us at Proulx Farms as we explore their sugar bush and experience Maple Fest!

What is a sugar bush? A sugar bush is a forest of maple trees that are tapped to make maple syrup! When the winter ice and snow begin to melt, maple trees start producing sap. The sap is then collected through tapping the trees, boiled over a wood fire, and made into delicious maple syrup!

During our trip, we’ll be exploring the sugar bush, learning about the maple syrup-making process, going on a hayride, hanging out with the farm animals, and enjoying a pancake lunch with fresh sausages and maple syrup!
