Sweat It Out: HIIT + Snacks

Get ready to push your limits and “sweat it out” with a fun and energetic HIIT fitness class! HIIT routines consist of high-intensity intervals that will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. Modifications will be provided to accommodate all fitness levels. Led by a certified fitness instructor from Ottawa’s boutique gym, The Fitness Lab.
There will be 2 classes available:
- 12pm -12:45pm
- 1pm – 1:45pm
Workout with us in a supportive, low-pressure environment and stick around to mingle with some snacks and water available post-workout. If you have an exercise mat, please bring it. We will have extra mats available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Whether you are a seasoned pro or looking to try a new fitness class this event is for everyone! In case of rain, this event will be moved to Minto Hall.
Advanced registration is required. This event is open to current Algonquin College students only.
