The Student Health and Wellness team wants to help you balance your academic life and your general well-being. Our group of Health Promoters are here to listen to you and to provide resources to help you improve your general health and wellness.

Every Wednesday, we will talk about one of the six pillars of health:

  1. General Health
  2. Sleep Hygiene
  3. Nutrition and Fitness
  4. Sexual Health
  5. Mental Health
  6. Harm Reduction and Substance Use

Bring your inquiries and come to chat with us! You will receive resources and of course amazing swag and gifts!

Open to all current Algonquin College students and employees. Due to the midterm break, there will be no Wellness Wednesday on October 25.
