College Initiative: Parking Services Shares Information on “Greener” Commuting

Parking Services promotes a range of “greener” commute and transit initiatives on its website, including: transit services, car sharing, car pooling, and biking.
Many actions taken by the College have helped reduce the burning of fossil fuels, which in turn reduces air pollution load. For example, bringing more riders to our public transit system by having OC Transpo route going through campus, or encouraging more trips by foot or bicycle reduces emissions from car travel.
