In this one-hour lesson, certified yoga specialist and anatomy enthusiast, Eryn Kirkwood, will lead you through a full-body session of stretching and relaxation. You will learn basic posture principles, as well as techniques for relieving workplace tension and stress, particularly for the shoulders, neck, hips, and low back. The class concludes with a period of guided relaxation and deep breathing that will leave you rejuvenated and ready to take on the day.
Eryn Kirkwood, RYT
Eryn Kirkwood, MA, RYT, is a certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Yoga Anatomy. As owner and director of BarrhavenYoga, yoga is Eryn’s life. Originally drawn to the physical effects of the practice, a multitude of benefits on all levels (body, mind, and spirit) are what keeps her on the mat today. Her approach to teaching is one of precision, focus, and commitment. She encourages students to find their own personal edge, challenge it, and grow.
