Withdrawing or Transferring from Your Program

On this page, you will be able to begin the process of withdrawing or transferring program, by booking a meeting or completing a form.

For the purposes of this form, references to “this semester” specifically refer to Spring 2026, while mentions of “next semester” indicate Fall 2026. Please keep these definitions in mind as you make your selection

Transfer from Level 2+ to Level 1 of another program

To transfer to another program starting at level 1, you must withdrawal from the program, and then apply on ontariocolleges.ca. It is important to apply for your new program as soon as possible, as programs will become unavailable for applications shortly after the start date.

Open AC360 and log in using your AC email and password if prompted.
Select the topic Immigration and category Scheduled and Unscheduled Breaks.
In the notes section, enter "Withdrawal request. Unable to book an appointment" and click Submit."

We will honour any withdrawal requests made via Help Ticket on or before May 25.
