Skills for Success *No Further Intakes at This Time*
The Algonquin College Skills for Success program will give women newcomers to Canada the opportunity to complete free essential skills training needed to start a rewarding career in office administration. In partnership with staffing firm, Altis Recruitment, the College will run a unique training program that will help participants get hired. Our experienced Academic Upgrading staff is excited to deliver high-quality content, instruction and support through the program.

Who is eligible?
Eligible participants:
- Must reside in the Ottawa area (Ontario only)
- Are 19 years of age or older
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Have strong communications skills both verbal and written

Is the program free?
Yes, the program is fully-funded by the Government of Ontario and is free to participate!
When does the program start?
There are two start dates for the program, September 11, 2023 and January 2, 2024.
