Learning and Teaching Services (LTS) helps Algonquin College faculty navigate the evolving role of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning. We provide guidance on using AI tools responsibly, designing assessments in an AI-enabled environment, and incorporating AI into courses in ways that support meaningful learning.
Our work connects expertise from six integrated areas: Teaching Development, Assessment Design, Digital Pedagogy, Artificial Intelligence, Indigenous Pedagogy, and Learning Design. Through consultations, workshops, and practical resources, LTS supports faculty in exploring how AI intersects with course design, assessment, learning activities, and academic integrity.
