MAT8100 – Essential Mathematics
What is this course all about?
The study of algebraic and transcendental functions is an essential prerequisite to Calculus. Students manipulate algebraic expressions, solve algebraic equations and linear systems, and learn the properties of algebraic and transcendental functions. Students graph a variety of functions and solve problems involving complex numbers, trigonometry and vectors.
