What is this course all about?

The effective use of industry-standard software is vital to career success. Emphasis is placed on the production of
professional-looking multimedia presentations, spreadsheets, and multi-page documents using Microsoft Office and
Adobe Photoshop. Internet security and privacy are also addressed to enhance awareness of the implications of
working online. Students develop the computer foundation to advance in academics and the workplace.
Note: 10% of the final mark in this course is based on participation
