Course Description
Psychology is an important field of study for the fitness leader or wellness coach. Students learn the basic concepts
in the field of psychology. A variety of schools of thought in psychology are presented. Historical research methods
and popular theories are discussed. Topics include classical and operant conditioning, motivation, behaviour
change, learning and development.
