Juniper Networks JNCIA-JUNOS (Free Training & Certification)

The global Juniper Networks Academic Alliance (JNAA) program in partnership with CENGN and the University of Ottawa is offering students the opportunity to be come JNCIA trained and certified – for FREE.

This program is being offered at no cost to post secondary students and faculty. The course has been designed for networking, engineering, and computer science students with beginner/intermediate knowledge of networking.

The first three days are Juniper instructor-led training that combines content from the Introduction to the Junos Operating System (IJOS) and Junos Routing Essentials (JRE) classes to provide students with an understanding of the Junos OS, networking fundamentals, and basic routing and switching. On the fourth day students will take the JNCIA-Junos certification exam, one of the fastest growing networking certifications in the industry.

The program will be held at the University of Ottawa on Feb 16-19, 2016 – it is open to all students including Algonquin and Carleton students.
