Need to contact us for support?

The Digital Learning environment team provides assistance to Faculty and Instructors.
We provide assistance for all systems that are part of the Digital Learning Environment.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

Faculty/Instructor Support:

Visit the Algonquin College Knowledge Base (ACKB)

The ACKB covers our LMS and other educational technologies supported by the College, as well as everything IT related.

Ask us for help

If you can’t find the answer to your question in our Knowledge Base, open a case by emailing Brightspace@algonquincollege.com.
There are other means to reach us for assistance. Please take a few minutes to go through the different ways to request assistance.

By Phone/Desktop Sharing or In-Person Appointments

Instructors can use our appointment booking form to schedule a desktop-sharing session or ask to be called back at a specific time.
Because of the high volume of bookings, we ask that you limit yourself to booking one session per day and respect the session duration of 25 minutes.

In-person appointments are also available. Please book your appointment ahead of time to secure your time slot, as only one support specialist is on duty for in-person appointments each day of the week. If you have a quick Brightspace question and happen to be nearby, you are very welcome to drop in C123. Reserving your 25-minute appointment is highly encouraged to avoid waiting time.
