Usability Testing

Usability testing has now concluded, and we are in the final stages of the vendor selection process. Thank you for your interest!

In addition to the ongoing LMS Sandbox activity, we are conducting facilitated usability testing sessions and are looking for students, faculty and staff volunteers to act as test subjects and test observers.

Test subjects will be guided through a usability script by a test facilitator, while the test observers view the session in a separate observation room. After the user session is finished, another facilitator will gather input from the observers. This usability testing information will be summarized and used in the overall scoring and recommendation for the best future LMS system for the College.

Test subject sessions will be about 30 – 40 minutes in duration and test observer sessions will be about 40 – 50 minutes in duration.
