The competition was a virtual two-day event which took place on March 13 and 21. Twenty-two teams from Colleges and Universities across Ontario participated and were required, within a two hour window, to read, analyze and present an original case solution to a panel of five human resources professionals.

The team from Algonquin College did an excellent job of applying their knowledge of human resources management concepts and proposed a strong solution that focused on the topics of leadership, talent management and employee recruitment.

Faculty coach Ray Gotceitas had the honour and pleasure of working alongside this team of four students from the Business Administration – Human Resources and Bachelor of Commerce (Strategic Human Resources Management) programs.
